Terms and Conditions

  1. Damaging the Car: Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. The customer will be charged a minimum of $300, but the final amount may be more depending on the extent of the damage.
  2. Cancellation: If the car is intentionally damaged, if the driver feels threatened, or if rules inside the vehicle are not followed, no refund will be given. If the customer wishes to cancel their reservation, they must do so at least 1 hour before the pickup time. If the customer cancels after this time or fails to show up, no refund will be given.
  3. Changing the Car Last Minute: If a customer wishes to change their car last minute, it will depend on availability, and it cannot be confirmed until the pickup time. If the requested car is not available, no refund will be given.
  4. Lost and Found Items: If a customer leaves their belongings in the rental car, we will hold them for 24 hours. If no one claims the lost item within this time, we will not be responsible for it.
  5. Wait Time: If the pickup location is an airport, the driver will wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes after the flight has landed, after which waiting charges will apply. If the pickup location is not an airport, such as a house or apartment building, the driver will wait for 15 minutes at the location, after which waiting charges will apply.
  6. Rules Inside the Car: Absolutely no eating or drinking is allowed in the vehicles. No alcohol is permitted in the car at any time.
